We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.
Orders below $75 will be charged at the standard shipping rates inside the U.S.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping to unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days. Orders over $500 may require a signature on delivery.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS
The order tracking information will automatically be updated once the order has been shipped, and subsequently, will the tracking number will be sent on to you.
(tracking number will be supplied to you when the order is shipped. You'll be able to track your order using the details in the mail sent to you when the order gets shipped.)
Orders typically ship within 7-10 business days after production depending on location and service chosen.
MY ORDER WAS LOST/STOLEN, WHAT SHOULD I DO
Africa Wild Child is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery.
Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact connect@africawildchild.com for assistance with your order number in the subject line.
MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO
Your package may be delivered to a mailroom, building doorman, concierge, or even a neighbor who accepted the package in your absence.
Please check-in with those individuals first. If you do not have your package 24 hours after the delivery has occurred, please contact connect@africawildchild.com with your order number in the subject line.

We unfortunately do not offer same day delivery.
CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER
We unfortunately do not expedite orders under any circumstances.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER FROM MY LOCAL AFRICA WILD CHILD STORE
Online orders cannot be retrieved.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED
No. Orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled or modified once your order confirmation is received. They are final sale and non-returnable.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER
No. In order to ship your items as quickly as possible, we start working on your order immediately after it has been confirmed in our system.
Due to the quick and streamlined nature of this process, we are typically unable to make changes to orders after it has been confirmed in our system. Please be sure to confirm the shipping address is correct during the checkout process before placing your order.
